We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the goods to return them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Reporting must be done within 48 hours or a refund will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer of the goods.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
